The window for applying for the 2023 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation $10,000 Excellence scholarship opened on August 1, 2022.  Students who are Wisconsin residents, attending a Wisconsin high school or homeschool, and will graduate in 2023 are eligible to apply.  The application submission deadline is November 8, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. central time.
