Chelsea Miller named 2020 Elementary Teacher of the Year

In a surprise ceremony on May 9, Chelsea Miller of Jefferson, an art teacher at Sullivan and West elementary schools in the Jefferson School District, was named Wisconsin's 2020 Elementary School Teacher of the Year by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
